

Work with BYU Radio marketing to promote the shows on all available media, including web and social mediaĬreate regular blog posts, sound bites, and other show highlights to use in promotionsĪssist key stakeholders in the organization with discoverability efforts, to make the show as easy as possible to find on internal and external platforms and towards continued audience growth

Lead communication around production and editorial focus (with an emphasis on the distinct qualities of the show) with marketing, platform relations and other internal and external partners: May include hosting or co-hosting duties depending on program assignment Manage timely delivery of all show elementsĮstablishes and maintains an environment that maximizes the effectiveness of radio host(s) and production team(s)īear responsible for the overall quality control of productions consistent with creative vision and production planĭrive ongoing evaluation and improvement of the showĬreates production schedule, including coordinating production facilities, production equipment and materials, technical resources and staff Includes, but is not limited to:Īcquire content – finding, creating and organizing content for one or more daily radio shows Radio Program Development / Production – 50%Ĭontrol all aspects of the creation, production, and development of one or more BYU Radio program(s). This position will build on the success of the show and work to integrate different and innovative types of audio storytelling.ġ. As Senior Producer, you'd work with a talented and collaborative production team to shape and edit episode's structure, make assignments, and ensure the show is delivering the highest quality storytelling possible.
